All work is quoted on a fixed-price basis, with the scope set out in your quotation. Who arranges planning permission and building control?+You are responsible for arranging your planning applications. We manage building control inspections and sign-off for the build. Do you manage all the trades?+For extensions and new builds, we manage the full project from groundworks through bricklaying, joinery, plumbing, electrics and flooring to the finished kitchen. How can I pay?+We accept card and bank transfer payments. Cash is not accepted. Your project's payment arrangements will be discussed with your quotation. What does your landscaping service cover?+Hard landscaping includes patios, paving, driveways, garden walls and concrete works.
